3 pieces of bread each with cheeseboard - Edit
We ate here twice. The first time we had a lovely platter of pucce (traditional sandwich), potato focaccia and friselle (this was our favourite, kind of similar to bruchetta). We bought a couple of tasty vegan cheeses to takeaway (truffle and a parmesan style) which we enjoyed at our apartment with some other cheeses we had brought with us/on some gnocchi.
Read moreHowever we made the mistake of going back and trying the vegan cheese board and the fava bean dip with chicory. Surprised how small the portion sizes of these were and how little bread came with them. I asked for more bread but as there isn't table service I'd have had to walk down all the stairs again and queued. The vegan cheeses also all tasted similar (and I preferred the ones I had bought the other day).
We saw people with huge meat and cheese platters in comparison to our small 2 person one (though ours was reasonably priced and I'm not sure about those). Glad we ordered the fava bean dip as well though this was also quite small.
Pros: Great baked products, frisella, focaccia, pucce, Lovely garden, Had vegan cheeses
Cons: No table service and up a lot of steps, Vegan cheeses not that great, Small portions

Took the vegan cheese board and it's truly a rainbow of flavors, along with super nice bread. Also has nice pastry options and a very pretty backyard

I appreciate the effort but like the cheese they offer is just not good. It tastes like soap. I get why those brands don't become mainstream
