Disappointed in Vegan Options - Edit
Very small selection of vegan options here and when my order of vegan hash came to the table, there were approximately 5 small pieces of tofu included. I'm guessing that isn't even close to the amount of eggs included in the non-vegan option. But what was most frustrating was that half-way through breakfast I discovered a piece of meat mixed into the hash. The server was apologetic and offered 50% off my meal, but it didn't quite seem like enough compensation.
Cons: Loud, Crowded

Nothing Spectacular - Edit
Not the best option for vegans - they only had 3 vegan options when I ate there, and they were just okay. At least their house-made English muffins are vegan and good.
Pros: House-made English muffins are vegan
Cons: Limited vegan options

More Vegan Items Please! - Edit
There are only 2 vegan options for brunch here, but both are really good. The tofu scramble is totally different from what I make at home, and I'm thinking I need to switch. It was loaded with veggies and potatoes. The pancakes are great too. There's a fruit bar where you can load it up with all sorts of yummy stuff. I wish they had a vegan whip. I don't think they have vegan butter either.
I had to wait 30 minutes to get my table, even though I had a reservation. You can get a pitcher of mimosa to pass the time, so it's not too bad.
Pros: Delicious!, Pitchers of mimosa, Fruit bar
Cons: Long wait, Only 2 vegan items

Pretty Good - Edit
The Banana Pancakes were delicious--you get to pick toppings at a topping bar. They have fresh, organic fruit at the bar, along with syrup and some non-vegan butter, etc. However, the hash was disappointing-- my husband and I both ordered it and there were only two pieces of potato between our dishes. But, the veggies in the hash were great; they included more variety than you usually find (a variety of mushrooms, zucchini, eggplant, etc.).
Pros: friendly staff, great banana pancakes, large portions
Cons: loud
