It only has course and it’s a bit pricey but the food is delicate and special. The wine/sake pairing is also great and the serving is generous. Ambiance is quiet and staff is very friendly. Recommend for special occasions!

Great experience - especially for vegetarians - Edit
As a group of 4, we really enjoyed our time at Polyphony. As the website is Japanese only, I texted them via Instagram - they replied super fast and I could clarify all questions and the reservation in advance. Also great service when we were there. They served wine and sake and sufficient water with the dishes. A really great, vegetarian fine dining experience in Tokyo! Thanks a lot!
