The best! - Edit
It was too easy to stop by here often with 50 pesos scoops. The entire sorbetes menu is made from water vs. milk. I loved the passion fruit the best. But they are all delicious! The mandarin was the least sweet. So good!

Unfortunately in Merida a lot of vegan, vegetarian places have shut down during the pandemic. The Pola Gelato Shop is an exception. The ice cream is great and the staff is very professional.

... make it this! They have lots of vegan sorbets as well as gelatos. They let you try up to four samples for free. Really good value and they also have a changing seasonal menu.

Sugar fresh vegan chocolate sorbet - what more can o u ask for, and it was delicious! And about $2.50us for a scoop. Lovely staff, don’t speak english but you can sample to find out the flavours if your Spanish isn’t quite there yet (he he he)

Definitely give their flavours a try before deciding on which one to order. I ended up choosing the chocolate flavour and avocado one. The ice cream is good but a little on the expensive side if you’re on a budget.

The chocolate sorbet is very good. But note it’s just sorbet. They don’t use any kind of vegan milk for their vegan ice creams, it’s just sorbet. Even the coconut ice cream is not vegan because it’s with milk😒One scoop is 30, 2 for 50 pesos.
