Serves meat, vegan options available. A trendy, hip cafe offers some vegan and mostly local/organic breakfasts, main meals and baked goods. Located in Stuttgart East, right at Kernerplatz, the cafe is very popular and famous for its Dutch specialty poffertjes which are similar to puffy pancakes (which unfortunately aren't vegan). Weekly changing daily menu always has one vegetarian meal which often is vegan or can be made vegan. Always offers vegan maultaschen (a Swabian/German dish) and a clearly labeled breakfast-combo called urban consisting of soy yogurt, fruit, spreads, a vegan patty and more. Try the vegan cookies and a soy chai latte. Terrace offers blankets. Open Mon-Fri 9:30am-10:00pm, Sat-Sun 9:30am-8:00pm.
