cute little bistro with multiple vegan options. we had a delicious panini sandwich, one of the best smoothies i've ever had and a refreshing raspberry raw cake.
Read morestaff is very friendly, dogs are welcome andthe outdoor seating at the historical market square is beautiful. the only downside is that the bistro itself is not accessible because of stairs.
Pros: delicious, vegan labelled, friendly staff, 🐶✅

Kreative Karte mit einigen veganen Optionen. Ich hatte einen sehr lecker Lavendel Matcha (Hafermilch), der einen Hauch weniger süß hätte sein können. Dazu haben wir uns Kleinigkeiten geteilt. Der Raw Cake Orange-Beeren war ausgezeichnet und auch der Chia-Pudding hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Smoothie kam so gut an, das ich nichts davon abbekommen habe.

Bester Veganer HimbeerCheezecake - Edit
Wunderschönes kleines Café in der Altstadt von Diez. Hauptsächlich vegetarisch, können viele Speisen auch Vegan zubereitet werden. Die Kartoffelbowl mit Veganem Feta und Avocado war richtig gut gemacht. Highlight war aber der Vegane HimbeerCheezecake!

From waffles to paninis… coffee to raw cakes. Plazores does it all, vegan, and delicious! They have a wide variety of options. This is such a hidden gem, and I’m so glad we found it during our stay!

Best Vegan Food, Even Better Service - Edit
My wife and I passed through Diez on our honeymoon. My wife was thrilled to find such an extensive and accessible menu as often when traveling vegan options are limited. We ordered a couple paninis which were so diverse and flavorful. The coffee was also a highlight with many options to choose from. We came back a few times during our stay in order to try everything. Including a few evenings for mixed drinks and dinner. The owners are very friendly and accommodating and made for wonderful hosts and a lovely family. Highly recommend!

Small cafe with really nice atmosphere - Edit
This place really needs more recognition, especially since it is one of the only vegetarian/vegan places in the area. I strongly recommend to reserve a table if you are coming here, especially on the weekend, as the place is very small and frequently visited by the locals.
Read moreI had one of the paninis which was really good and the vegan raw cakes are delicious. Almost all vegetarian items on the menu can be "veganised", so you'll surely find something for you. The staff is very nice and accommodating. I had a really good time there.
