Best vegan sushi ever - Edit
Genuinely, the best vegan sushi I have ever had. And that is compared to places in London, Berlin and Cologne. Hats off, Limburg. The taste and texture is so on point and it’s extremely well seasoned. It isn’t on the cheap end but I would rather spend some more money for extremely good sushi every other month, then eat medium sushi every week.

Es gab schon ein paar vegane Optionen und grundsätzlich ist alles ästhetisch ansprechend. Es war halt teuer und wirklich sehr voll (Samstag Abend)und das Personal war nicht sonderlich freundlich. Man muss reservieren und hat dann nur begrenzt Zeit (angeblich wird das beim Reservieren gesagt, bei uns aber nicht) und wir wurden quasi rausgebeten, obwohl wir noch etwas bestellen wollten... Also irgendwie nicht so nice. Aber das Essen war schon gut und lecker.

Variety of vegan options - Edit
They have great vegan food and label all possible allergies. Vegan options include Miso, Edamame, salats, Agedashi Tofu, Gyoza, main dishes with noodles (udon) or rice and vegan sushi. Personally I love their vegan sushi set, which includes crunchy rolls (they are amazing). Otherwise the staff is friendly and the interior is nice. Since it also offers dishes with fish it’s a great place to go to with mixed diets.
