A modern, 100% plant-based pintxos bar and eatery. The kitchen specializes in creative vegan versions of traditional Basque snacks, including "Gilda Traviesa" (marinated tofu and piparra pepper skewer), "La Rusa" (potato salad with olive), and "Hongobazo" (glazed mushrooms with mushroom pâté). The "Cravings" menu section offers open-faced toasts and sandwiches such as "El Gildísimo" (the spirit of a gilda turned into a sandwich), "Kaki Rebelde" (persimmon with lemon tofu cream), and "Chistorrala" (Heura chistorra on a potato base). Lunch combos including a sandwich, gilda, and drink are available. Open Wed-Sat 13:00-17:00. Closed Sun-Tue.

Gran descubrimiento en Bilbao. Tienen una gran variedad de pintxos típicos de la zona y combos para probar varios. Se nota, hablando con ellos (y en sus redes), que dedican mucho tiempo a la elaboración de nuevos pintxos. Pedimos un combo de 6 para catar y a medida que los probábamos nos sorprendíamos más y más. Espero que nunca cierre💚

Great vegan pintxos - Edit
It’s so hard to find vegetarian/vegan food when you are eating out in Bilbao. So it was great to find this newly opened little gem in the city centre, and such friendly people too! We tried one of everything and they were all so tasty. The owner was so welcoming and suggested other places to eat too, all of which were great.

These people really understand how to make great flavourful vegan food! It is rather a takeaway (they have a small space for eat), but I would definitively recommend it to everyone, even for the most skeptic ones!

El local es pequeño y pensado para llevar pero tiene dos espacios para tomarte los pinchos de pie. La pareja, Ángela y Winston son excepcionales y los pinchos están riquísimos; muy currados. El arte trayendo siempre cosas buenas: un viaje de sabores entre Nueva York, Japón y Bilbao, con el Guggenheim de fondo. Dispuestos a regalar risas y abrazos.

Innovative, cheerful, with heart. These vegan pintxos will blow your socks off. Also: o have never seen such a burst of colors. Usually typically Basque pintxos are a sad array of browns, tans, yellows and (gulp) grays. Not here. Menu items constantly changing. Check updated hours in Google maps. On a pedestrian street in downtown Bilbao.
