Decent pizza - poor service - Edit
The venue is a nice restaurant on the Piazza Carmine. It is, in fact, called Pizzium, not Pizzum. The menu shows only one vegan pizza, the Margharita, but, since they have vegan cheese, they will add other ingredients so you can make up your own. Or, at least that's the principle. In practice, we ordered mushrooms, artichokes, aubergines and courgettes but were told there were no courgettes. We ended up with pizzas with no mushrooms but including courgettes. And, when we asked for some chilli oil, it never came. The pizzas themselves were fine - the dough was good, which is key - and the cheese was better than most vegan pseudo mozzarellas. We also had a nice salad. None of the desserts were vegan so we went for an ice cream at Sbrino. It was a decent pizza but I am not sure it is worth making a special trip and the service was, frankly, poor.

I came here just to taste the vegan margarita and they didn't have any anymore. I was very disappointed and ordered pizza without cheese but it was nothing special. I wouldn't eat here again.
