Fantastic flavors - Edit
Got some takeout and this pizza was a hit. The flavors are spicy and tasty. I chuckled when the potatoes on one of the pizzas ended up being french fries, but I'm not mad. They were yummy!

Kadhai sauce with cheese, tomato, potato, onion, green pepper, baby corn, and seasoned with achari masala). Super good!
Word to the wise: Do NOT order the Veg (Soy) Manchurian Pizza no matter how good it sounds if you do not have a GODLY amount of spice tolerance. Every bite was delicious agonizing pain that we could only withstand two pieces before having to discard the rest because it was too spicy for us to continue.
Highly recommend for a unique spin on pizza tho and the puffs were so flaky and good.

Bad experience - burnt pizzas - Edit
Had a real bad experience with pizzawala yesterday. I have been a customer of them since curry on crust days and dates back to 8+ years...so I have seen their highs and lows and busy and lean days.

Anyways they burnt my pizza - 3 of them and when I went back to ask about that, they just put it on changing the Manchurian sauce( which is subpar) as the reason for burning the pizza and won't even offer any form of credit..
When I pressed the issue, they came back that we don't have a supervisor in store and can't make any decisions.. when clearly they should be able to.
I understand things can happen during an order and mistakes are made, however the customer service part , when a customer comes back with a feedback as being nonchalant and blaming on the sauce is pathetic..
They are expanding with their franchise and are now too busy to take care of local customer in Canton..

OK Food but Poor Customer Service - Edit
I ordered from this restaurant a number of times, but I had to stop going there due to the very poor customer service.

I was ordering a pizza to enjoy during my 40-minute lunch period, and when I called in the order, the person who answered (whose voice I recognized and who was always unfriendly) told me that it would take about 25 minutes. I asked whether it would be possible to get the pizza any more quickly than that. He said no, but I did not cancel the order.
When I arrived, the door on the restaurant was locked even though it was about thirty minutes into their advertised business hours. The employee who had taken my order saw me through the window and made eye contact, but did not let me in for several minutes even though it was quite cold out.
When I entered the restaurant, he proceeded to lecture me about my acting like I was in a hurry and was very verbally abusive. He told me that if I was in a hurry I could get my pizza somewhere else. I paid for my pizza because I didn't want to be accused of ordering and not paying, but it goes without saying that I won't be returning.
The pizza order wasn't even correct. I had ordered the pizza with ginger and cilantro. It had neither of those toppings but had green onions on it instead.
