Disappointing pad Thai - Edit
We chose this restaurant because the menu listed a vegan pad Thai. Unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing pad Thais I’ve ever been served, especially at €15.50.
Read moreWhat arrived was a big mound of rice noodles that tasted like they’d been cooked in soy sauce, with no vegetables whatsoever, a tired-looking wedge of lime, and a fried potato patty on top. I’ve never seen a potato patty served with pad Thai, and it felt completely out of place. The menu also mentioned mung beans and crushed peanuts, but neither was included.
The dish was so salty that I only managed about a third of it before giving up, and within half an hour I found myself drinking around a litre of water because I was so thirsty.
To make matters worse, our table hadn’t been cleaned before we were seated, so we had to eat at a dirty table.
Based on our experience, the food and cleanliness were both well below expectations, and I wouldn’t return.

A massive bowl of stir fry - Edit
Their vegetarian (suitable for vegans) Thai stir fry is the only option on the menu but as it is not easy to find vegan food in Avignon, it is a decent option.
Read moreI wouldn’t say it is cheap. It costs €10 €2 if you want tofu (I recommend adding it). The portion is massive though and one portion can feed two people! So, if you are getting a take away, consider one meal unless you are super hungry.

Cons: Only one vegan/ vegetarian option, Extras are expensive
