Pingala never disappoints - Edit

Love the vibe, good music, great people and the food.... OH! I recognize that some of my enjoyment comes from not having to worry about what I’m eating. But, the regular menu alone would satisfy me. Then? Specials! Can’t say enough good about it.

Pros: delicious fresh food , dirty chai lattes and other espresso drinks

Cons: price is the only thing that keeps me from eating

The best in Vermont and beyond. - Edit

The price is listed as two $$. For organic local high quality food the price is actually very low. This food is crafted with nutrition and flavor in a precise blend that rivals or beats many California and NYC restaurants. I dream of their exquisite creations and eggplant bacon. They have specials on occasion with delicious vegan burgers or Philly style vegan cheese steak sandwiches. They have gluten free options. The staff all are very friendly and accommodating no matter how much I ask them to adapt my meals. The atmosphere and vibe at both locations is always peaceful and welcoming. I have considered moving closer to eat at Pingala's two locations daily. The owners Trevor and Charles are also very friendly and they treat the'stsff very well.

Pros: delicious all vegan fare

Cons: they are not in every city on earth
