Probably the Best You’ll Find - Edit
Not a lot of vegan options on display in Sintra. (A few vegetarian ones.) This was one of the only places in Sintra’s centro historico that advertised them. They’re all vegan veggie burgers, but the one I had (bean burger) was tasty enough and filling. I could have done without the 80s music blasting but to each her own!

Best beetroot & quinoa burger - Edit
Stumbled upon this amazing Restaurant. Staff were fast and friendly and the food was so delicious! I had the beetroot and quinoa burger with sweet potato chips. I highly recommend!
