Amazing Food - Edit
They swap out any protein for tofu, so you can make anything vegan. The Phoedin Bowl broth can be made with veggie broth instead of beef. The food is excellent. Service and atmosphere were great.

Delicious and quick break on the Bike Path - Edit
We have been there twice now. Bûn which is like a pho but without the liquid. Rice noodles, lettuce, cucumbers, carrots, bean sprouts, sesame seeds, cilantro and toasted shallots. We also had a bowl of edamame.
