Vietnamese Food in Las Cruces - Edit
I ordered the Lemongrass Tofu Vermicelli. There are only a few options here. I was the only customer in the restaurant when I walked in, and was hoping that this wouldn’t suck based on no customers and no reviews on Happy Cow. What the heck, someone has to brave new territory. What I got has no lemongrass taste, basically noodles, tofu, and lettuce. Nothing about the dish had great taste—it was just food, and rather boring at that. I added soy sauce, meh. I added hoisin sauce, and my dish tasted like the condiments. Not great, but hey I got to eat something vegan in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
