Amazing Vietnamese restaurant - Edit
Spacious restaurant in Dorchester with a lot of options with tofu in the menu. We had the tofu summer rolls as an appetizer and they were great! The peanut sauce that came with them was really tasty. For the main dish, I ordered the yellow noodles with tofu which was also amazing. Big portion with a lot of tofu and vegetables. The tofu was a bit tasteless but they had a lot of sauces available so I used them to give it more flavor. But it was a delicious dish anyway! Well worth it. The service was quite fast on a Friday night, we barely had to wait for the food.

Lots of yummy vegan dishes! - Edit
I found Pho Le in the Little Saigon section of Dorchester when I first moved here and it’s still my fav. It serves meat and fish, but has an extensive “vegetarian entrees” (including appetizers) section that’s actually all vegan. From what I can tell, they get many veg customers, and are well-versed in ”vegan”. We usually go for the Crispy Vegetarian Spring Rolls, Vegetarian Noodle Soup (Phở), Curry Tofu, and/or Tofu with Vegetable Medley. Everything is consistently delicious and filling. Their desserts look yummy too, but I can’t speak to that because I haven’t yet asked them where their sugar is sourced. We usually pick up and it’s always hot and ready in 20-30min. Usually quite busy, but always friendly staff that serves a diverse demographic.
