Excellent little gem in DeLand, Florida - Edit
I’m constantly looking for vegan restaurants everywhere, and of Course, I used Happy Cow to find Pho & Co, which is a great find. They offer vegan and vegetarian options, as well as other options. I mistakenly ordered a vegetarian option, but it was yummy, next time I’ll pay attention and order strictly vegan (!) The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant was very tastefully decorated, and the food was amazing - highly recommended.

I ordered the spring rolls w/tofu and the vegan pho. I special ordered my tofu not fried because I’m oil- free.
Read moreIf you want the traditional side plate of basil, lime, jalapeno and bean sprouts that is traditionally served with Pho, it costs $2.75 extra!!! They only serve that w/the non-vegan pho. Why do vegans get penalized by paying extra when the omnivores get this free?
Pros: Nice assortment of veggies in the soup, Good service, Vegan broth
Cons: They charge extra for the side of bean sprouts!

We were passing by, just running errands in the area, it was very nice to find this place in a very busy avenue where the parking is free for up to two hours. Friendly staff and with a vegan and vegetarian section in their menu. Oh! And they have natural Thai coconut water, I ate the coconut as dessert😄

Clearly marked vegan section with several options. The Vegan Soft Noodles were fantastic - tofu, noodles, and vegetables cooked perfectly. Partner is Omni and said the Pho was the best he’s ever had! Great atmosphere and quick, friendly service. Looking forward to our next visit!
