Good Pho on Good Friday - Edit
Everything you expect in a vegan pho: tofu, rice noodles, veggie broth, a side plate of bean sprouts, Thai basil leaves, jalapeno slices. I asked if they had other greens (I was hoping for bok choy, cabbage, edamame, etc.). They did not, but did give me extra broccoli in place of carrots and cauliflower. Worked for me!

Pho-nominal broth 😉 - Edit
DELICIOUS vegan pho broth! So warm and comforting. I want to get some to take home and freeze it to keep on hand for when I’m feeling under the weather. The noodles don’t do anything for me. I think next time I’ll ask for extra veggies and tofu and skip the noodles all together (sorry to any offended pho purists).

Great vegan pho - Edit
One of the best pho and egg rolls I’ve had. It had amazing broth and great textures. The pho comes with tofu, mushrooms, bean sprouts, carrots, onions and cauliflower. Non vegan friends couldn’t taste the difference between regular egg rolls and their egg rolls. Highly recommend if in the area .
