Delicious fresh plates.

Very good fresh and creative plates. Staff is very friendly. I had a équilibre plate - variety of raw foods and some cooked vegetables and cereal of the day. Home made kefir is amazing. Vegan pana cota is surprising- fresh and agar “crunchy “ - very refreshing and light. Great!

Super healthy and flavorful

Staff are so sweet and welcoming. English menu available. The "formula" is only available weekdays so the same order will be a la carte and more expensive on weekends. They have a daily Buddha bowl with raw and cooked food or a raw only option. Desserts sound yummy and healthy.

Pros: Vegan, healthy, super nice staff

Cons: Expensive, limited menu

Vegetarian restaurant (vegan except carrot cake)

"Cuisine respecting the principle of acid-base balance. Organic and vegetarian restaurant, vegan and gluten-free options ..."
Located at 21 Boulevard du Temple.
This "balanced" restaurant opened on January 24, 2018.

The floral decoration remains in the PH7 style of their first restaurant, Rue Lepeltier.

The varied dishes allow you to eat healthy and balanced.
Even a little kefir is offered to prepare the digestion of the meal!
Side Panna desserts, chocolate mousse and more are delicious!

They could make tea room in this area, it would bring the world out of lunch and dinner.

PH7 aims to "Offer organic plates, fresh and gourmet, ensuring the acid-base balance of the body
Seasonal products with options, vegan and gluten free "

Great discovery

Stumbled on this restaurant by chance and loved the surprise: nice people, good service and delicious food. And they have a brunch, so I am sure to come back!

Balanced food, and almost vegan

If you've been to the other PH7 at Peletier, the concept and menu is the same.

We had the Alkaline plate (€16), and the Buddha bowl (€15).
Both are similar, coming with a variety of salads, grains and a warm dish. In our case, the warm dish for the Alkaline plate was a green curry with broccoli. The broccoli was a bit overcooked, and the curry was too dry for me. The buddha bowl, on the other hand, was fresh and yummy!

They also offer soups, juices and desserts.
Although all desserts were vegan, they were a bit simple for my taste (compote, mousse, chocolate cake or pannacotta), so we did not try them.

By the way, not only they offer pollen for the juices, but they also might use eggs for the warm dishes (it's clearly mentioned in the menu). So vegans should double check.

For what is worth, the service was friendly and quick, and the atmosphere was pleasant.

Pros: location, friendly staff, yummy buddha bowl

Cons: not all vegan
