Read moreEs kann angeblich nichts anderes veganisiert werden, auch nicht die Flädle Suppe, die offenbar nicht frisch zubereitet wird.
Schade!
2 Sterne dafür das es überhaupt welche gibt.
Nachtrag: Ich habe in den Bewertungen gelesen das andere Pfannkuchen veganisiert wurden, auch die Suppe, aber das ist Stand Januar 2025 offenbar nicht mehr möglich!

Authentic German "Pfannekuchen" - Edit
Cute and old fashioned Style Pancake Restaurant with authentical traditional Pancakes. They have an extra vegetarian Menu with a vegan section and also Gluten free Pancakes. The Pancakes are typical German Pancakes Style and tasted pretty Well, I had non vegan ones before and didn't taste a difference. The Restaurant has an old Style and a very nice outdoor area to sit. They were very friendly and I would Love to come Back. If you want to try something authentical German, I can really recommend

It was a cozy place to have lunch according to the city, in a really old building with a fireplace.
Read moreThere is a separated vegetarian menu with vegan pancakes clearly labeled. Then, there are soups on the other menu, but as they had a "veggy" label, I asked for one to be veganized and so they did. Soup was amazing, crepe not bad.

Vegan pancakes, but a long wait - Edit
They have about 10 vegan options on a separate vegan menu, mostly sweet. My family got the one with apples, almonds, and cinnamon. The pancake itself was thicker than we expected and not entirely cooked through. I thought it was good, but most of the family was unimpressed and said the batter was too bland. I got the potato pancake with leeks and zucchini. I liked it. It was very filling. The main downside was that we waited about an hour and ten minutes for our pancakes. However, we are noticing that long waits are not uncommon in Germany.

If you have time to kill and want to try German pancakes, it's worth a visit.
