Serves meat, vegan options available. U.S. restaurant chain offering Americanized Chinese cuisine since 1993 expanded to include international franchisees. Several of the sides and appetizers are vegan, such as the lettuce cups (choose veg), chili-garlic string beans, wok spinach, and Sichuan asparagus, among others. Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes include Thai curry, stir-fried eggplant, Buddha's feast, and mapo tofu - vegans please inquire if any are vegan or could possibly be made vegan. Fried rice can be ordered with vegetables only (ask to omit egg). Open Mon-Thu 11:00am-9:00pm, Fri-Sat 11:00am-10:00pm, Sun 11:00am-9:00pm.

Good Vegan Options - Edit
It looks like there hasn't been a review done here in awhile but I went with my Mom who is an omnivore. Items that are vegetarian are clearly marked with a leaf on the menu, you do have to ask to confirm they are vegan and I did find it disappointing there are some dishes that could easily be vegan if they were not made with oyster sauce. I had the Ma Po Tofu and it was as described, not super exciting but good. If I go back again I'd go for the eggplant or the vegetable curry. The server was great, checked everything was vegan for me and even helped me have a customized vegan cocktail made with coconut cream because the one on the menu had dairy cream. I would go back again and hope they will evolve to have even more consideration for vegan customers.

Cons: Not 100% vegan, Could mark vegan items more clearly , Could offer vegetable dishes without oyster sauce

Good time out - Edit
I always do some research online before going to a restaurant. I found Peta's page on "How to order vegan at P.F. Chang's China Bistro" and it listed their Thai harvest curry, stir-fried eggplant, buddha's feast, and ma po tofu (all 4 are on their vegetarian menu) and wok seared spinach, and vegetarian lettuce wraps. Also, I went to the allergy webpage of pf changs website and saw they are listed as not having the allergens: milk, dairy, egg, fish or shellfish. So I ordered the Thai harvest curry and it was delicious. It had lot of vegetables and tofu. And our waiter was very nice. I also had a delicious coconut mojito. So I had a nice time out.

Not Vegan Friendly - Edit
No Vegan menu. However, many of the items appeared to be vegan. The problem came in knowing what was in the sauces. The vegetables I ordered were fresh and tasty. The spring rolls were fried.

They do have an Allergy information page on their Website which says which menu items do or do not have dairy, eggs, meat, etc. (and they also have a gluten free page). They're at https://www.pfchangs.com/nutrition (And there's a link to it from inside their main Menu page (click on "view nutrition information" when viewing the menu) and from their FAQ page.)

It is an option,,,, - Edit
I submitted a review for PF Changs before but it is not here now for some reason. They do not have a vegan menu nor are items listed as "vegan" but with some inquiry we were able to get a couple dishes that were compliant such as steamed rice and steamed vegetables with an Asian sauce.

Cons: Limited selection, Staff often unaware about vegan concerns
