Serves meat, vegan options available. U.S. restaurant chain offering Americanized Chinese cuisine since 1993 expanded to include international franchisees. Several of the sides and appetizers are vegan, such as the lettuce cups (choose veg), chili-garlic string beans, wok spinach, and Sichuan asparagus, among others. Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes include Thai curry, stir-fried eggplant, Buddha's feast, and mapo tofu - vegans please inquire if any are vegan or could possibly be made vegan. Fried rice can be ordered with vegetables only (ask to omit egg). This location offers two vegan options: Buddha's feast and a five spices tofu veggie dish. NOTE: Reported November 2023 to have limited vegan options – please send updates to HappyCow. Open Mon-Sun 10:00am-11:00pm.

No vegan Sauces - Edit
There is an edamame option and one Buddha feast (no sauce) but no other vegan options here. I have a two star for the informative service and my son and husband ate (non vegans) but low stars for the lack of vegan options

Good option - Edit
I reviewed online how to eat vegan at PF Chang, and there are actually several vegan options. We got the Pad Thai and asked to take out the chicken and egg (if any) and replace it with more tofu.

Clearly labeled veg options, that are also vegan - Edit
Waiting for my flight I didn't see many options on happy cow in my terminal, so decided to try PF Chang's, at that time it wasn't yet in Happy Cow. I was not dissapointed.
Read moreThough there was no room at a table, the server said I could either wait for a table or take a seat at the bar, with the same choice of eating options.
Sitting at the bar, I looked at the menu. The "Buddha's Feast" is labeled as vegetarian, so I asked the man at the bar if it was also vegan. To my surprise he responded instantly and confidently that it was vegan, which gave me personally a good amount of confidence in my choice to eat here.
The food was great, with a good amount of varied veggies, not your normal airport food at all! Also, it was reasonably priced as well! Will recommend, and will go back again if I happen to be in LAX at this terminal.

Pros: Reasonable price, Server already knew which options were vegan, A real vegan restaurant meal at the airport
Cons: More choices would be good
