Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Health and happiness.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
Vegan starting in 2015 and had no idea how to eat out. Happy Cow has enabled me, in a good way.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Ireland, 8 mile walk on beach from San Francisco to Pacifica, Oregon, Brazil, Japan. Would love to see New Zealand one day.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Mushrooms. Delicata squash. Almond Mylk (can only get in Los Angeles from Mylk Man).
Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
Happy Cow cookbook rocks! I use it as a travel guide too. Chef AJ's Unprocessed (she inspires and educates me). Forks over Knives.
