A train from Cusco to Puno or visa versa with a restaurant on-board with vegan choices. The three course dinner is included with the purchase of the train ticket. The crew is very accommodating to vegan travelers. Fusion, international, raw, Peruvian cuisine is served.

Vegan options on the train - Edit
Didn't know what to expect when boarding the train in Puno. But the staff is very accommodating for people with a vegan diet. With drinks and light snacks we snaked our way through the Peruvian countryside at 12000 feet. A couple hours into our journey we started our four course lunch. Wonderfully prepared vegan dishes with great flavors. Great live music with Peruvian dancing in traditional clothing from that region. We had a great time and the landscape is breathtaking. Not bad for a 10 hour train ride with food, drinks (2 glasses of wine) music, dancing meeting new people all for $179 one of my best trips ever
