Really nice place, don't miss it! - Edit

This little place is supersweet with really friendly staff and good food. You will not find a vegan plate on the menu but if you ask then they will prepare it for you. I defiantly recommend this place!

Pros: very friendly staff, really good food.

When in Rouen...... - Edit

Payiz was amazing, granted your options are limited but when you arrive in a French city, late and there is seemingly no Vegan restaurants, Payiz saved the day!

Once we mentioned vegan to the owner she leapt in to action and delivered us the most amazing plate of saffron rice, humus, falafel, stuffed vine leaves, moussaka, salad and tabouleh!

Pros: Fresh, Delicious , Vegan Friendly

Cons: Limited Options

Too expensive and disappointing - Edit

The owner suggested the vegan plate that doesn't appear on the menu which was a good initiative.
The plate consists of : 1 portion of white basmati rice with saffron, 2 falafels, moussaka, humus, 2 stuffed vine leaves, tabouleh.
The portion of moussaka & tabouleh were very small.
The moussaka & humus tasted a bit as if they had spent too much time in the fridge.
In the end, the price for the plate was 15€90 which is way too much given the quantity and it's the same price for the meat version.

Just to give you a comparison, the vegan plate of our favorite Lebanese/Syrian place in Paris is 11€. Quantities are bigger and food tastes so much better with more varieties.

Very vegan friendly - Edit

Very good restaurants with awesome food, delicious hummus and no animal product used. one of the "big dish" may be accompagnated with some yogurt sauce, but it's on the side so you can just remove it from the plate or ask to not put any non vegan sauce

Pros: Lots of vegan foods, very good food

Best Lebanese food I've had! - Edit

Great Lebanese place. They have lots of vegan options. The food was absolutely delicious and right on the square where all the nightlife is going on. Probably some of the best Lebanese food I’ve had and for a great price. I can especially recommend the Moutabal. The owner was waiting tables and she was absolutely lovely too. I will definitely come back here next time I’m in Rouen.

Pros: Great food , Good location , Personal service

Cons: Service a little slow
