Very vegan friendly - Edit
Very good restaurants with awesome food, delicious hummus and no animal product used. one of the "big dish" may be accompagnated with some yogurt sauce, but it's on the side so you can just remove it from the plate or ask to not put any non vegan sauce

Best Lebanese food I've had! - Edit
Great Lebanese place. They have lots of vegan options. The food was absolutely delicious and right on the square where all the nightlife is going on. Probably some of the best Lebanese food I’ve had and for a great price. I can especially recommend the Moutabal. The owner was waiting tables and she was absolutely lovely too. I will definitely come back here next time I’m in Rouen.
