A Tontot Patisserie rests on a tranquil street in the center of Rouen. Sit outside (if you can) and watch the French life stroll by. The atmosphere inside matches the outdoors with a lovely owner/baker whose sweetness matches the pastries she serves. We ordered the hazelnut financier and a Brioche with chocolate.

Nice cafe - Edit
Had a lunch in this cafe, very nice staff. We each tried one of the two lunch options. Both were cold plates which in freezing weather wasn’t ideal. Food was okay but pricey. Lots of dessert options. I’d say a good venue for a coffee date but less so for lunch, but we were out of venue options.
