Perfect vegan coffee and snack - Edit
Vegan koffie en zoete snack waren heerlijk!! Vriendelijke eigenaresse! Jammer genoeg geen lunch/maaltijden meer sinds juni 2018 maar verder een aanrader voor een kopje koffie met wat lekkers of een gezonde smoothie!

Raffiné et abordable - Edit
Restaurant/salon de thé où on peut manger ou prendre un snack à emporter. Peu de choix pour le plat et dessert mais la carte change souvent et les en-cas sont variés. Tout est très bon ! Certains en-cas ne sont pas toujours vegans donc ne pas hésiter à le préciser, le personnel est totalement vegan-friendly !

This is the place to go if you want to eat healthfully. They have a wrap with a soup or a salad. It depends on the season what salad, soup or wrap they have. They have drinks like chai latte & golden latte besides their own pressed juices and smoothies.
Service with a smile and all around a great atmosphere. I'm definitely coming back!

While on a short trip in Grenoble, I visited for lunch, and then during tea-time.

On the day I visited, I had the "assiette vitaminée" consisting of a salad with quinoa, and a gaspacho. The food was fresh and tasty.
Later I had a shake and a muffin. They were also yummy.
To complete my experience, I took out a wrap. It was good; but I must confess I did not love it (probably because I'm not such a raw food fan).
The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Everything is available for take-out too.
In the drink menu they have a few drinks with cow's milk; but I heard that they will stop offering it soon, which is fantastic.
When that happens, the only non-vegan item in the menu would be the shake "Chlorelle" which contains honey; so I'm rooting for them to become fully vegan in the near future. :)
In any case, PauseBio is, by very far, the choice by default when in Grenoble.
Pros: all food is vegan, great service, nice atmosphere
Cons: not 100% vegan -yet-

Delicious meal - vegan & gluten free - Edit
I enjoyed a lovely lunch here. Dessert was amazing! (Something cold from the fridge with almond meal & berry). All was vegan, gluten free and delicious! The smoothies sounded good but I didn't try one this time.
