Patisserie Gal is a plant based patisserie business run by a professional pastry chef. Pastries are available at pop-up events, at their market stall travelling across England, and through online orders on Instagram.
Read moreI visited Patisserie Gal at Chester Vegan Market in October 2025, and they were easily one of the busiest stalls there. I was served by the owner, and she was really informative and friendly, and everything at her stall looked sublime. I had a Dubai Chocolate Mousse Cake, Blackberry, White Chocolate, and Vanilla Tart and Pumpkin Mariotozzi. Everything was beautiful, and I really loved the texture of the tart and mousee cake, and they felt like proper indulgent treats. I am 100% going to be keeping my eye out for Patisserie Gal at vegan markets as the pastries are really something special!
