No vegan options - Edit
Pure BS! This restaurant has no vegan options. I tried to get a vegan meal but they have none. I most Italian restaurants have vegan tomato sauce. Not this one. They put fish sauce in their pizza/spagetti sauce. Fish in their sauces...ridiculous.

There really is only 1 option for vegans- pasta with oil and veggies. Their marina sauce has anchovy pasta in it which is what they also put on their pizza.

Lots of Vegetarian Options - only restaurant that stayed open late - Edit
This was the only restaurant that stays open late in Moab - so we ate here. We were presently surprised. The food was surprisingly not too bad. It's basic Italian - not the fancy gourmet Italian - so you get your marinara sauce, etc. We ate the eggplant parmesan and stuffed manicotti. There were lots of vegan/vegetarian things on the menu. The service was really good. We would recommend this place.

Not Vegan pizza sauce. - Edit
We stopped by thanks to happy cow. We told the server we were vegan and she thankfully let us know that all pizza sauce had anchovies. This restaurant should be removed from this app. No real options besides a salad with vinegar.

only the pizza can be made vegan which gets pretty expensive if you add more than 3 toppings - so it's not a very good pizza, and all their pasta contains eggs. So, meh...
