They don't seem to care enough to do it right. - Edit
Absolutely awful. Worst meal of our entire time in Moab.
Read moreOne of our party is vegetarian, and so we came here thinking that it would check the box for both veggie burgers and beef burgers. Boy, were we wrong.
We understood that it was a holiday weekend and that the bar seemed understaffed. However our meal was truly inexplicably terrible.
We had to ask for the bar to be wiped down, for trash from the last customer to be taken away. Our server told us it was one of six tables that needed bussing.
We placed our order, one of which was a black bean burger with just lettuce, onion, and tomato; no pickle. It arrived with an oily mess of spinach and tomatoes, avocado, and a pile of lettuce, onion, tomato, with pickles on top. We told our server that the order arrived incorrectly and he said he’d take it back. A few min later, the same burger arrived, still had bits of avocado on it, and was now cold. We asked if they could please remake it, we just wanted a black bean burger with LTO, no pickle.
A new burger arrived, covered in oily spinach and tomato, with avocado for a second time. We gave up and just scraped the mess off and started to eat it. The homemade burger was flavorless and, worse than that, was a sloppy mess, pieces of it falling off with every bite. The fries were soggy and oily. Please consider springing for a Beyond Burger or an Impossible Burger. Vegetarians like to eat, too!
We’re now back at the hotel, waiting for our pizza delivery. Avoid the Spoke at all costs. The only thing worse than the food is the careless, unwelcoming service. And if you have dietary restrictions, forget it! They simply don’t care enough to do it right.

Decent - Edit
Portobello mushroom burger with vegan cheeze was decent. It tasted fine but nothing over the top. The steamed veggies I had still had water in bottom of the bowl so more like they were boiled.
Read moreOdd thing to mention but it was really cramped so I will mention it: the tables are really small so hard to fit a glass of water, another drink and a plate for 4 people.
The server was great. Really attentive and nice.
Pros: Server was nice and very attentive, I could eat there
Cons: Lack of vegan options, Small tables, Value for the food

Top notch portobello burger - Edit
They have a quinoa salad and a Vegan burger with portobello mushroom as "meat". They do a homemade veggie bean pattie but it is not vegan. You can also build your own burger but again the only vegan pattie is the mushroom, you can just switch up the toppings. I took the portobello burger, it comes with vegan Swiss cheese!! grilled spicy peppers and onions, tomatoes, lettuce... The burger was unexpectedly good, i usually prefer a more meaty pattie but tbh the mushroom was juicy and had a nice bite, so close enough ! I just wish the cheese had been melted. It came with homemade? fries that were very tasty and crunchy but not overdone. Will come back if I return to Moab

Awesome options - Edit
We had the vegan portobello burger on gf bun. They used Anaheim peppers and vegan Swiss so that added a delish twist! Also ordered the Citrus quinoa salad and chipotle hummus. We never did confirm if the pita bread was gf but they brought tortilla chips. Great options for us vegans and vegetarians 🌱

Vegan Bella burger! - Edit
I had a delicious portobello burger topped with vegan cheese on a gluten free bun that was amazing. Boyfriend loved the house made bean burger and we’re both dying for more fries!
