Sono venuta per la colazione per la quale l’offerta é a dir poco commovente, poche volte ho visto così tanta scelta in termini di gusti di cornetti, anche e soprattutto gusti “normali”, non solo cornetti di grani antichi ai fiori di ibisco con note di sambuco e spezie orientali che si trovano solitamente (nulla da togliere ai gusti particolari eh, ogni tanto fanno piacere ma a volte vorresti solo sbrodolarti il tuo cornetto al pistacchio in pace😅). Disponibili anche altre opzioni; personalmente mi é sembrata molto invitante l’acai bowl, ma alla fine ho optato per un cornetto nocciola e lampone delizioso. Altra nota favorevole i prezzi onestissimi, due cornetti e due cappucci di soia 10€, totalmente nella media soprattutto considerando la qualità e il fatto di trovarsi esattamente sotto le due torri. Ho dato un’occhiata al menù e ho visto che ci sono anche opzioni per gli altri pasti della giornata, anche se onestamente mi son sembrate un pochino più limitate🫶🏻

Came here for a little treat mid afternoon and was lucky to find the last vegan pistachio croissant! The croissant did not disappoint, it was buttery, crunchy and filled with a pistachio custard! (£2.20) Yum! I also ordered one little pistachio and matcha vegan cookie that was even hard to swallow, it was tasteless and definitely not something I would recommend. Overall a nice place offering amazing croissants and some other vegan items.

Il locale propone molti tipi di brioche ( nocciolata, vuota, marmellata, al carotine vegetale e nocciolata, crema, pistacchio e matcha), le brioche sono leggere e super sfogliate, buona quantità di ripieno. Noi abbiamo presa crema e pistacchio e matcha. quella al pistacchio non sapeva di nulla, quella alla crema era molto saporita ma sapeva tantissimo di limone chimico. Caffè americano nella media e cappuccino con latte di soia insapore e non montato bene. In conclusioni si ci sono molte opzioni, ma a Bologna è pieno di locali con opzioni simili ma con brioche molto più buone

Would give 5 stars if I could. Went here twice during our stay in Bologna for coffee and croissants because it's so good and so cheap!!! Recommend to try all the croissants 😅

Best vegan croissants in Bologna! - Edit
A charming cafe just a few steps from the two Towers. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. Their croissants (especially the matcha pistachio filled ones) are the best I've had in Bologna so far. The coffee is great, too. They also offer a variety of vegan options, including a burger, burrito, falafel wrap, salad, and cereal & granola bowls. Portions are generous. Highly recommend!

We went here for breakfast and were sad we couldn’t try more of the many vegan pastry options. We ordered the pistachio-matcha croissant and the croissant al nocciolata (Nutella-like). Both were delicious and I’m sure we would’ve returned if we had stayed in Bologna longer!

Very vegan friendly cafe. Staff is very helpful. Lots of vegan options for coffees and pasteries. Vegan chocolate croissant is amazing (careful, the chocolate drips out of the croissant haha). I saw they have vegan pancakes too!

I wrote a review a few days ago, but I've since gone 3 more times because they serve THE BEST VEGAN CROISSANTS IN TOWN! This is a must visit. The "Love Potion" filled with raspberry jam and chocolate is to die for!!! They are working magic here. There are at least 10 vegan pastries/treats every day. I also had a salad with vegan meatballs and it was OK. Go here for the desserts!

I came back to Papparé while visiting my home town, they had so many vegan croissants and the staff was super nice. Mind the fact that this place is always quite busy, but apart from that I had a very nice experience:)
