Very disappointing - Edit
I have been there only once right before they were closing for that day so this might be a little irregular but I was hugely disappointed. Staff was extraordinarily nice and the place itself looks very hip and clean but still cozy. The food on the other hand was VERY diasppointing. I had a vegan Saté-Dog with the homemade sausage. Except the bread (which was very nice) everything was totally not worth the 10€ I paid. The sauce was bland and I didn‘t even feel nearly full, the sausage was boring in taste and texture. Since staff and owners seem really nice and dedicated I hope it was just a bad day but until somebody convinces me of the opposite I won‘t give it another try.

Read moreJust dont expect the vegan sausages and burger patties to have the taste and consistency of real meat. They're homemade and dont come close to meat but are REALLY good in their own way. I personally love them, but if you prefer mock meat you can order your hotdog with a Beyond Meat sausage too

I don't mind that things are cooked/fried in the same oils as the meat. The flavours were good but the vegan sausage left something to be desired. It was not very fulfilling, it was just okay. I would highly recommend you swap out the vegan sausage for the beyond meat sausage as the toppings were still nice!

Eine zeitlang war Pan‘s Bebop “the place to be” für mich. Bis ich dann erfahren habe, dass alle gebratenen Produkte (vegane Hotdogs, pancakes & Co) zusammen mit dem Fleisch, den Eiern und dem Schweinespeck auf einer Platte gebraten wird.. Für mich persönlich ist es dann leider nicht mehr vegan.😒demnach werde ich leider nicht mehr vorbei kommen.

Tatsächlich gibt es auf dem Grill zwei Bereiche, für Fleisch & vegane/vegetarische Gerichte. Bei der Fritteuse klappt das leider nicht, dafür ist unsere Küche zu klein. Es gibt eine für die Fritten & eine Zweite für den Rest. Wir hoffen das hilft dir weiter.

Na ja, es gibt weiterhin EINEN Grill für alles, die Platten sind nicht durch zb eine Abtrennung unterteilt. Diese Aufteilung besteht daraus, dass die Mitarbeiter einfach sagen die linke Seite ist für vegan/vegetarisch und die rechte für alles andere oder umgekehrt.

Got very tasty late breakfast, with a delicious breakfast dog and pancakes. All vegan. My company tried the Chili cheese dog (veg) and saté fries. We both took our dogs with beyond meat sausages. The food was really good. My friend only mentioned that he‘d preferred the sausage a little more done.

Superleckerer veganer Hotdog und richtig gute Auswahl! Toll, dass es fast alles auf der Karte auch in vegan gibt, und dass der Laden insgesamt so öko ist😄Das Ambiente ist auch richtig schön und die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich. Wenn es so einen Laden in meiner Stadt gäbe, wäre ich wahrscheinlich oft da😁Man kann leider nur vier Sterne geben, da Pan's Bebop auch Fleisch anbietet. Das finde ich allgemein gerechtfertigt, aber hier hätte ich gern fünf Sterne gegeben ;)

The interiors are very tasteful, it's furnished with vintage seats and tables - you might not expect this from the outside, as the building looks unimpressive and is located on a broad and busy road.
Read moreThe owners and staff are very dedicated and friendly, always trying their best. The food is of good quality and homemade, but I personally do not like the vegan hotdog very much, and the value for money could be improved - I find it relatively expensive regarding the portion sizes. The breakfast we tried was good, but I was not really full, and I'm not a big eater. A big plus is that they try to use mostly regional and seasonal ingredients, also their sauces are homemade and they don't use any additives such as preservatives.
Overall, a very convenient place to be, down to earth and not (yet) as hipster-crowded as many other cafés in the neighbourhood.
