Service was really poor, server just looked like she didn't want to be there. Asked if the 'famous hot chocolate' had milk in it and was met with a blank expression. After checking with colleagues I was told 'we've no idea'. Ordered a flavoured coffee instead which was sickly sweet. Peanut slice was nice.

Coffee stop - Edit
We stopped here tempted by the peanut butter slice which was brilliant, coffee (flat white) with Oatly (not charged for) was decent. Nice stop, it seems to be a popular spot although there aren't indeed many other choices in the little village. Would have liked to stop at Aran bakery but they didn't have any vegan cakes left very bust with Xmas orders.

Good option for reasonable priced lunch in Dunkeld - Edit
We chose Palmerston's for lunch on a visit to Dunkeld as the prices were more reasonable than the vegan options in the nearby hotels. There only vegan option was hummus in a sandwich or baked potato (both accompanied by a side salad) so I chose the sandwich which was nice. The waitress told me the soup was vegan usually but sadly not on our visit. For dessert the only option was a peanut slice but I had this and it was lovely. Not sure if there are plant milks available for hot drinks as we only had cold drinks today.
