Really liked the setting of Arcade Food Hall @ TCR. I enjoyed the Kaffir Lime Cashews with a drink, then the St Paul’s Special, which was a delicious salad. Will be coming back to eat at Palm Greens again

Incredible Indo-Thai organic vegan food - Edit
Just discovered this place, and love it. I chose it for a healthy but tasty vibe, and it delivered! Had a Jamu Jamu Fresca (coconut water with turmeric and ginger Indonesian paste), with the Tostada. And added extra tempeh for more protein, and because it was Club Cultured tempeh and marinated in extra seasonings to get the Indonesian flavours. The whole tostada and lots of crunchy greens, sweet pickled beetroot, and tahini and sesame. The crunch and the spice and sweetness. The owner also added some habanero oil in the side to give it even more of a kick.
Read moreAnd then for dessert I had a freshly baked straight from the oven chocolate chip banana bread, with a black sesame latte! The latte was really warming and a smooth sesame flavour with the frothed soy milk- great accompaniment to the soft melted chocolate banana bread.
I was very full at this point, but had to take an oat cookie for later, and a final yuzu tea whilst I did some work. The cafe itself is a small chilled place, on the side of &Soul coworking offices and a yoga studios- very understated, but chilled to relax and get your laptop out.
Thank you to the owner co-founder Memby for walking me through the menu and explaining the various drinks and dishes and how they make them. Awesome place and highly recommended if you want healthy fresh organic vegan and super tasty !

Delicious but crowdy. - Edit
This eatery is located in an arcade with more eateries. You sit down at a table and order using a QR code. We wanted extra tempeh, but when paying it turned out that was not possible. You can also choose from other menus. Most of it is not vegan. Next to us people were eating fish. It is quite noisy. Not a place to have a quiet lunch. The food was super tasty! Very tasty. Filling and lots of vegetables.

Nice place at London centre - Edit
Nice place with vegan options inside a food hall in London city centre. I had the miso mushroom, very nutritious with kale, mushrooms, spinach, and peanuts. Earthy taste. You need internet connection to order, all is done online. £25 for two people. Low in the place.

Arcade Food Hall - Edit
Palm Greens is located in the Arcade Food Hall, which means that it is one of several stalls. I ordered the Mexican Tostada and liked it, although it could have tasted a bit more interesting. My husband had the Fattoush Salad from Shatta & Toum, another stall in the hall, and it was quite good.
Read moreWe had trouble with the QR code and the staff took a long time to help us and bring us a physical menu, so that could be improved.
We came here in the afternoon when the food hall was not very busy, I think that the atmosphere must be nicer during peak times.

Palm Greens is located in Albert Food Hall near Tottenham Court Road station. The food hall itself has a great atmosphere and is really well-organised. Everything is ordered through a QR code. The food in Palm Greens was excellent and very flavoursome. Plenty of food but we weren’t left feeling uncomfortably full!

Palm Greens - Edit
I enjoyed the Mexican Tostada Bowl, but I mostly ordered it because I wanted black beans and there were none in the dish at all. I'd suggest updating the menu if this is a permanent change or adding a note so patrons can make informed decisions.
Read moreAnother thing to note, my food came out from Palm Greens at least 15 minutes after the other people at my table, all of which ordered from different places in the food hall. This was a little perplexing because I ordered a bowl, which is essentially an assembly exercise whereas everyone else at my table ordered things that actually had to be cooked to order (and then assembled). That said, just come in with the expectation that you might be waiting a bit longer.

Not 100% vegan - Edit
Inside a food court/hall opposit of the train station.
Read moreThe menu is small and you can see them preparing the food.
There was cows milk and non vegan cookies at the restaurant / fridge.
The lady that worked there was friendly but not vegan herself and touched all the ingredients to put into the bowls with her bare hands.
Surely that could be optimized.
The food was good though.
Portion size I felt was a bit too small for the price.

Dear Traumfee,
Read moreThank you for taking the time to share your experience at Arcade Food Hall, and we're delighted to hear that you enjoyed our food offerings!
We appreciate your feedback regarding the clarification on the non-vegan options. Rest assured, we take pride in maintaining distinct sections for each vendor within our kiosk to ensure transparency and quality for our customers. We are committed to implementing sustainable practices wherever possible while upholding the highest standards of health and safety. Your feedback encourages us to continuously evaluate and improve our environmental practices.
At Arcade, we strive to offer dishes that not only satisfy but also provide value for our customers. Each dish is crafted with care, using a curated selection of ingredients to strike a balance between quantity and quality.
Once again, thank you for choosing Arcade Food Hall, and we look forward to welcoming you back soon.

Average at best - Edit
Minimal selection of food which is obviously down to them being located in a small food hall. However, they didn’t have half of the menu in stock when I visited.
Read moreThe bread and houmous had the smallest dollop of houmous I have ever seen and the plate cost me £5.50.
The Mexican Tostado did taste lovely however it was drenched in oil which made it very sickly to eat.
I liked the idea that everything was fresh and green. The execution just needs to be better if they want to have returning customers.
Pros: Large portion for the mains, Fresh food
Cons: Oily food, Expensive small plates

Hello,
Read moreThank you for your feedback although we’re a little unsure why you’ve given us such a low rating as it's not based on the quality of dishes.
Yes, we do have a limited menu, but we actually have 4 main dishes, extras, sweet items, and most of the cold drinks we had in Palm Greens in Hackney.
Arcade Food Hall is running Palm Greens while we look for our permanent site. As they’re a food hall we can only have a limited number of items on the menu. We are still focusing on seasonality and quality.
It was important for us to keep the brand going and spread the word on delicious plant-based eating to more people and locations which is why we decided to collaborate with Arcade. Being in central London helps us with that goal. It's wonderful that more people have access to us.
We understand the menu is smaller but the dishes we do have are Palm Greens favourites, with changing seasonal specials. They are substantial, nutritionally balanced, and much loved by those who eat with us.
I do hope you will reconsider your low rating for us. I’m not sure if you’ve tried out food this time around, but if you did, I hope you enjoyed it! - which is what counts the most!
Warmest,
Memby

Healthy, filling salads - Edit
I visited Palm Greens at Arcade in TCR and thought there was some really nice salads available. I had the kale caeser salad and my friend went for the mexican salad - both were really lovely and super filling! I did think it was a little bit expensive for what it was, which is why I gave 4 stars, but I do think you get quite a big portion

A new favourite spot in central London - Edit
The Arcade Food Hall has a number of vegan options, they are all clearly labelled. Palm Greens is an entirely vegan kitchen within the food hall - and it is brilliant. A few of the other kitchens do have vegan options too, but none of them are as extensive as Palm Greens. I had the miso mushroom salad, which I really enjoyed, I’ll definitely be back to try more of the options.
