Enjoyed a really good tasting - didn’t expect vegan dishes

I was surprised to see a dish labeled vegan on my visit. They offer the following:

Vegan Eggplant Rollatini
Thinly Sliced Eggplant with Vegan Ricotta and Topped with Tomato Sauce & Vegan Bechamel

It was served with a cold potato salad, which was delicious. There were some salads and other things that looked like they could be made vegan. I’d recommend asking!
