Kale salad at $15 was just raw kale on a plate. Holding the goat cheese meant just carefully placed slices of strawberries and a few pepitas, with canned mandarins. 🫣

It's always nice to have an option! This place offers beyond burger, chkin patty, and vegan mozzarella replacement for any burger/sandwich choices. I ordered the Padre Burger with the beyond meat and no cheese. I love that they actually seasoned the burger, and the fries were cooked to perfection.

They offer plant based meat substitutes for their sandwich. (I like their no-chicken patty.) And they offer vegan cheese for their pizzas. And they have a cauliflower crust for gluten-free needs. Their grilled vegetables sandwich on pita bread is fabulous. Their kale chips are delicious!

Typical American pub. Our waiter wasn’t confident about what could be vegan. Didn’t know if kale chips were. I asked three other waitresses if they knew what was vegan. Cauliflower crust is not. Chik’n pattie is. Vegan mozzarella is an option.

One of the only places on the island that offer some vegan options. Tried their pizza with vegan mozzarella, beyond burger and veggie chick’n burger. All were good except the second time we ordered pizza later in the week, they messed up and put dairy cheese on it. A bit of language barrier with a few of the workers so I’m not super confident the food was 100% vegan. It was yummy though!

Beware of Allergies - Edit
The cauliflower crust was apparently their vegan option but it has come to my attention that it isn’t vegan at all. It contains egg and dairy. The same with the burger buns. If you have an allergy, beware.

Nice Patio, good food - Edit
We sat on PIBC’s patio with our dogs and they brought the girls a huge bowl of water (thank you!). I like that this place has veggie burger, chikn, and mozzarella cheese available. It truly allows you to create a veg dish out of most things on their menu. The chikn sandwich was good with fresh lettuce, tomato, and onion and a nice bun. The staff is amazing. I recommend!

Good option for those eating with family on the island. There is something for everyone, including gluten-free options. The staff seems knowledgeable about their menu. Huge bonus is that veg-friendly substitutions are available for no additional cost! I had the cheese burger, but subbed a Beyond Burger patty and vegan mozzarella. Wheat and white burger buns, along with other bread options for other sandwiches.
