So good!

P53 is such a gem in Bend.
The food is genuinely good—clean, fresh, and served in portions that make you feel cared for rather than skimmed.

Everything tastes intentional, like they actually want you to feel nourished when you leave.

What really sets P53 apart, though, is the owners. They’re incredibly kind, upbeat, and clearly passionate about their mission to serve clean food. You can feel their energy the moment you walk up to the cart. It’s rare to find a place where the people and the food carry the same integrity, but P53 does.
