Not good for Vegan and Gluten Free - Edit
I came here with my family, who are not vegan, but definitely gluten free. They were able to easily find options, which was my main goal. As for things that were vegan and gluten free, this was not the case. The kitchen was able to substitute a couple things on a salad for me so that I could have a meal, though there was nothing on the menu for me. As for a vegan who is not gluten free, the veggie burger is vegan. They also have a couple other options.

Did not live up to description - Edit
Waitperson was not very helpful with recommending vegan options. She said there might be vegan options on the dinner menu. Did not bring me a gluten free menu even though I asked about it. Did not know if their veggie burger was vegan and tolde it probably wasn't because there was aioli on it. I told her to go ask the chef if it was vegan because she never seemed to consider taking the initiative to do that. She came back and told me they don't put cheese in it so it probably is. I took a chance and otdered it without the aioli. It was good and the ginger vinaigrette on my side salad was delicious. Didn't see any other vegan options except fries. Also the bar is open until 2am, but the kitchen closes at 10pm. Got a beer sampler and it was really good.
Pros: Excellent craft beers
Cons: Staff not helpful, Not knowledgeable about vegan food

Good veggie burger! - Edit
We were on the Outer Banks this summer and stopped here for lunch after seeing on HappyCow that they were vegan friendly. And that is true!
The waitress was able to tell me exactly what I could have that was vegan friendly and gluten free! The chef even prepared some fresh guacamole for my veggie burger. Food was really good!
Only draw back is that they have a limited vegan menu for lunch - but dinner there are more options.
Pros: Great Staff, Very Accomodating
Cons: A couple more lunch opptions

Great Surprise - Edit
This was a great find! Family member suggested it but I was skeptical. Their gluten free menu was very impressive for a pub and they had a solid number of vegan options. Great food loved the portobella Mushroom sandwich, with gluten free bread, and sweet potato fries and would recommend it to all Great food. Fun environment.
