More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

It started out as a boycott against the meat industry. The more I learned and experienced, the less animal products I ate, my health improved and I learned about the negative effects producing animals for food has on the environment. My learning experience came from majoring in Animal Science.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

I enjoy visiting just about everywhere because I make new discoveries everywhere I go, even if it is often to the same places. I have been to all 50 states, Spain, Korea, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Puerto Rico, the Bahamas, Belize, St Thomas, Mexico, Canada, Honduras, Panama, Germany, Luxemburg, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Ireland, Northern Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, Batswana, Zimbabwe, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Peru.. My dream vacation is the Galapagos Islands.

Kale, arugula, vegan chic'n salad, vegan Reuben, pizza, mac and cheeze, Ethiopian, Thai.
