Not the best of Lounges - Edit
I was disappointed with the menu here after having dined at other Lounges in the chain. This menu was much smaller than other Lounges I've visited and not all dishes listed were available.
Read moreOn the plus side the staff were friendly, service good and food nice enough but not great. On the down side the venue itself was reminiscent of a school canteen with the tables in rows.
I'm not sure I’d want to go here again if I’m honest. I'm sure there's better places in Heswall to eat. We chose it solely after having eaten at other Lounges in the chain and knowing there's a dedicated vegan menu. This was definitely the poor relation in my opinion. Of the desserts list they only had two available, one of which was the dreaded flapjack.
All in all not a great experience. The Clio Lounge in Bangor and the Marino Lounge in New Brighton were much better.

Only been in for a painting class so just had tea and cake but the vegan menu is extensive and covers all options. Looks like they make their "regular" cakes vegan as all the choices on the counter were labelled vegan. Hope to go for actual food sometime

I was impressed by the Otto Lounge menu, rather than the odd (ve) hidden here and there, it was an entire sheet of choices. It’s also very thorough regarding allergies, with lots of information included.

We enjoyed our brunch here a lot, and will be back!
Pros: Many interesting vegan options, Friendly and courteous staff, Great, fun atmosphere (dogs welcome!)

Quite a few vegan options and a dedicated menu for vegan options. Hipster decor. The food was quick. The staff were helpful in explaining the sizes of the children's food.

Tiny portions expensive prices. - Edit
If you like small portion s this is the place for you, had the specials burger which was nice, but hiding a tiny tiny portion of chips in a tin can doesn't stop it being a tiny portion. If your going to charge expensive prices at least give decent portions, it's not like chips cost a lot, infact they are as cheap as chips.

Excellent vegan options - Edit
A lovely restaurant with a full vegan menu packed with unique vegan dishes. They also have a non-vegan menu and a gluten free menu which is fab ! I would recommend the vegan soups and chips also the vegan burgers are lovely

Popped here for breakfast with my 3 year old. There are a number of vegan options that looked tasty. I had the full English. It was good, but portion size wasn’t great. Could have done with twice as much for the price. Nice staff, child friendly.
