Serves meat, vegan options available. Minimalist restaurant specializing in dishes with microgreens. Offers clearly labeled vegan choices that include a full-course tasting menu with appetizers, main dish, pasta and dessert, as well as à la carte dishes like soy meat bolognese, gyoza, pasta in tomato sauce, pasta alla boscaiola, sweet potato & pistachio crème brûlée and chocolate cake. Good food, easy location

Food was good, very clearly marked vegan options and a decent amount also.
Convenient location if you're visiting Omicho Market.
Ordering is done online, unique interior for Japan. A bit more expensive than a typical restaurant in Kanazawa.
