Vegan Campout Dinner Day 2 ✌️
Really yummy chickpea curry with plantains and rice, served with a savory pancake. Was a really interesting mix and definitely a new culinary experience.
Unfortunately the box was really small and for 12£ many more rich options available on the festival
I had their chickpea curry bowl at VCO and it was a weird sweet/savoury blend of foods but nice enough. Having both pancakes and rice in one bowl was a bit dry for me, but the curry part was good.
I paid £12 for this bowl and the portion was really very small. Although I liked the food I wouldn’t have it again because it’s just too small/expensive.
It was certainly tasty, I had the agave and lime, but as others have said, it was far too expensive for what it was, and that’s taking in to account that you’re happy to pay more for festival food prices.
Vegan coconut pancake outdoor stall, in Camden Market, great location.
2 savoury options at £7 and 3 sweet options at £6. My friend had the berry mad pancakes and I had the apple cinnamon crumble pancakes. Both were lovely and would recommend or have again! They were gluten free which was an added bonus.
The man who served us was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
My omnivore, local to Camden friend loved the pancakes as much as I did and even commented on a previous visit that they opened the stall earlier for her vegan friend once as she was heading off back to Wales and went especially for the pancakes - what a kind gesture.
I will definitely recommend this place and I’ll be returning at some point.
This is a one man operation and like many such things it is done with a passion. Hence on a cold and very windy night this stall is one of the last food outlets still open in Camden market. He will talk about coconuts, he will talk about films and he will chat about pancakes animatedly whilst he prepares them right in front of you. He is fast and the pancakes fresh. We had two different flavours he had unfortunately sold out of the daily special. The apple and cinnamon was a real treat. The only thing missing besides some shelter from the wind was a bit of cream or ice cream which to my mind every good pancake deserves as an addition.
Such yummy fully vegan and health concious pancakes! Made from coconuts but the pancakes aren't overly coconuty tasting if you don't like the coconut taste. Toppings are so yum and homemade sauce is great!!!! Great service also
Nice stall in camden offering coconut-based vegan pancakes in 4 or 5 flavours. The caramel topped ones were good, and the portion size is decent. They were nice and fluffy too.
I tried the chocolate, banana pancakes and they were AMAZING!! 100% recommend buying them. The best part about them was that non-vegans would never have guessed because they taste so [censored] good :) And they are covered by chocolate sauce (who can resist??!!)

A bit too “earthy” for me - Edit
small portions for the price and not quite the taste I want from pancakes but your mileage may vary!
