Restaurant with several vegan options from the Tuscan tradition (lots of soups with beans and vegetables). Vegan options not clearly indicated, but you can ask just to be sure no cheese or meat is added. For instance, ribollita and pappa al pomodoro are traditionally plant based dishes. Waiters are kind.
