Great choices! - Edit
So many options to choose from, can't wait to go back! Although it's sad to not have the downtown location for the convenience, this location is just as delicious (and having Amu Manu in its place downtown is amazing). Highly recommended and a nice change from your standard burrito place. More options and more flavors!

Even though I've worked in Lincoln for 3 years, but live in Omaha, I just discovered this place. They are EXTREMELY vegan/veg friendly and super nice. Tuesdays is veg day and they had a great special (avocado tacos) today. Delicious. Lots of different combinations any vegan would love....tofu, guac, rice, black beans, different veggies, cabbage slaw, etc. etc. Mulligatawny soup (vegan) every day.

They have two locations here in Linclon. I have visited the one not listed on the site at 70th st and Van Dorn. It is in the strip shopping cented on the corner with no sign abobe the location just sticker sign on glass door. but once you find it it is great. I had a burrito with hummus, avaccado, onions and bell peppers, beans, rice, and hot sause and it was great. not all vegan but they do alot to select from, and if you are out and about it is great healthy fast food.
Pros: lots of options, fast, healthy
