Multiple vegan options! - Edit
Passing through town and found this place through the local vegan info page. Place was empty, and had a musty, older restaurant smell, but everything looked clean and the service was friendly. Right in the main menu there was a vegan page, and I chose to have the pasta primavera. It was fantastic; perfectly seasoned, noodles were al dente, veggies were crisp, perfect amount of oil. I probably could have eaten two plates, so maybe the portion was a little small (or maybe I was hungry from being on the road!) but overall a great experience.
