Good, messy smash burger - Edit

The burger was overall good and came out quite fast. A bit salty with one of the sauces.

Slap burger - vegan at Original Slap Burger in New Orleans

New favorite burger in town! - Edit

SO many options. Don't be deceived by the menu--pretty much every burger listed can be made vegan down to the cheese and their special sauce. I got the vegan mac and my non-vegan friend got the vegan OG and we both demolished our burgers. The fries are really good, too. They do take cards but there's a slight upcharge. Be warned that the bar it's attached to is cash only. Next time I'll bring cash but there will definitely be a next time!

I don't know what the last person was thinking. I've been plant based since 2014 and in a world where everything is a beyond or impossible Meat patty with little to no seasoning with sauces that are mid at best. This burger was incredible! All burgers (except the Western) can be made fully vegan or just vegetarian and a single or double. They use a locally made plant based meat option.

I got The Mack and man oh man it was nostalgic and somehow better than a big mack. Perfect sized burger, well seasoned patty, crispy patty edges while still being juicy, good sauce and veggies ratio. You can tell everything is made in house, with love, and not as an after thought just because it's plant based. The staff were great, I watched them crank out a big rush before closing time. I'm both sad and glad that I don't live in NOLA because of how often I would go to indulge here.

Nice option Alright burger - Edit

The place is inside of a bar. Staff was very friendly and helpful with ordering vegan off the menu. Every burger can be made vegan on the menu. We tried the OG and the Mac. The burgers were alright, good option to have while in New Orleans
