Dammmmmnnnnnnn! - Edit
I've been in love with this spot since the first time I had a taste. Yeah, it's like that. Somehow they make their goods taste killer and not weigh you down. I usually follow this spot up with a visit to donut friend down the street. It would usually take me about 45min to get to Organix but it was always worth it. Unless they are closed. Then it's a very sad trip.
Cons: closes early. so sad.

An LA favorite. - Edit
This place is making me feel (even more) like I wish I lived in LA. I had been lurking on Instagram, and when I finally got the chance to visit this place, I couldn't contain myself and ordered tacos, a burrito and a couple of sandwiches. Everything was so good!

Great market and deli - Edit
I finally made it! I live in Long Beach so it's a bit of a drive but I did a hike in the Mt. Washington neighborhood so Organix was a no brainer for the post hike lunch. I had the Piscapo Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with avo and it was super yummy. The three people I was with are part time vegetarians and were very happy with their meals as well. I did some shopping too, they have a great selection of Miyoko's vegan cheeses, and other hard to find products. I wish I lived closer but will definitely be back!
Pros: great products/deli food
Cons: parking is tight

Fantastic place to grab lunch andg grocery shop - Edit
Organix is amazing. If you are looking for a new vegan product, don't go at whole foods, go to Organix. You can do all your vegan specialty shopping here because they have it all. The store also has a deli counter serving up some of the best burgers, sandwiches and tacos. I just had a Thanksgiving leftover sandwich that was life changing. The only thing I've had there that I didn't love was the Southern Belle. Oh and try the nacho fries.... Unreal. The family that owns the place are so nice, too, which just makes this place that much better. Be warned, they cook to order, so your food could take about 20 to come out. You can call your order in if you're in a rush. Go check out their instagram for food porn.
Pros: Delicious food , Vegan grocery heaven , Nice workers
Cons: May have to wait a while for your food

Yummy - Edit
I would definitely stop by here if you are looking to eat something delicious and vegan. Prices are moderate, everything was very fast and clean. However, they do not have very many healthy options. Everything is pretty much fried in some way and pretty heavy on the salt.
Pros: Fast, Yummy, Cheap For The Portions
Cons: Small, Salty , Oily

great deli - Edit
After finishing our shopping, we decided to order a couple of items to take home for dinner. The menu is all vegan and all the choices look yummy. We settled on the Jerk (Caribbean chicken) burger and the Puerco (pulled pork) sandwich. We were both really impressed with them. The Jerk had just the right flavor and spicy kick. The Puerco was perfectly seasoned jackfruit with slaw. We definitely plan on going back to try more items. Delicious! The staff are super friendly too.
Pros: vegan deli, delicious and fabulous, friendly staff

Excellent Vegan Deli! - Edit
If you are looking for comfort foods vegan style, look no further! The vegan deli is in the back of an well-stocked vegetarian grocery store, and there is just one table that you can sit at to enjoy your meal. I ordered the vegan crab cake with a side of potato salad, and my friend ordered the Castro Burger. Next to LA's Crossroads, which I think has the most amazing vegan crab cake) this vegan crab cake was nearly as good at a much more reasonable price. The potato salad was very tasty. I wish Organix Vegan deli were closer to where I live, as I would love to have such an excellent and fast place to eat delicious vegan food.
Pros: Food, Service

Great Deli and Market! - Edit
The food at the deli cafe was delicious. I ordered the popular Castro Veggie Burger with Avocado on GF bread and it was so tasty that I ate it real quick. I really like that a majority of their dishes are home made including the sauces and all. This spot was a much needed addition to this neighborhood. The place is also run by really cool people from the area. I look forward to heading back very soon!
