Organic 21, Hong Kong - Edit
I had a look in this health food shop. 1stly it's a social enterprise run by the HK Federation of Youth Groups. The girl who worked there was pleasant and helpful. They have lots of things that you'd expect to find in an organic / health food shop.
The downside for me is that it isn't 100% vego. They sell some chicken paste and some fish extract. To be transparent, I always prefer places that are 100% vego and my rating is based on that personal preference. If it was 100% vego I'd rate it much higher.

Really really few vegan dished, no vegan cakes, and only cow milk for coffee...
