Decent food

Food is decent enough, they have vegan options even if they’re not the tastiest. Not the worst.

Good food, staff put us pressure

The food was good, nice few options available. I took the noodles and dumplings.
The atmosphere was nice but the staff kept on coming to our table taking away stuffs and basically putting is pressure to leave even if the place was not full. We could not enjoy a relaxing evening. I advice not to sit close to the waiters of kitchen door

Pros: Tasty noodles

Cons: Stressful atmosphere

Nice terrace with views, mediocre food

There is a vegetarian section ont the menu, so that’s a plus. Portions are small, food is very oily. Try the eggplant with tomato salad really delicious. The rice with vegetables is very simple. The layman noodles taste good, but are (too) oily.

Lagman (noodles) are delicious

Its better to make a reservation or to go early. The salad, the potatoes and the vegetable kebab were disapointing but the lagman were excellent and very tasty. Its not easy to find vegan tasty food in Boukhara so I really recomand. The terrasse is beautifull.

Tasty Manti

The vegan Manti are super tasty. The vegan Langman looked good as well. Only down Side: The portions are too small! You have to (at least) order two plates of Manti.

Nice place, the outdoor and indoor looks stunning.

The staff is super helpful and food is like any other veggies, mediocre but healthy.

Nice atmosphere, mediocre food

Beggars can’t be choosers in Uzbekistan… this place is ok. We ate here twice during our stay in Bukhara. They have several vegan/vegetarian options on the menu, but around half of them were not available. We ate vegan side dishes like grilled vegetables, baked potato wedges and rice with peas/vegetables. All in all, rather mediocre food and service, but the courtyard itself is quite atmospheric.

Small portions, not worth the price

In their mrnu they have one site with vegetarian dishes, but almosy everything was out of stock. The vegetable rice, grilled vegetables and steamed vegetables were the only things available. The portions were very small and a bie expensive.

Pros: Some vegetarian dishes, Nice location

Cons: Small portions, Expensive

Second Best Option In Town

Bukhara is definitely not the best city for variety for vegans, but Old Bukhara is a solid option. I would stay away from the vegetable skewer because it came out burnt (which seems to be a trend after reading another reciew), but the Eggplant salad is AWESOME, as well as the melon. The ambiance in the courtyard and on the rooftop is nice as well.

Cons: Didn't have some menu options.

NICE ROOFTOP (vegan options)

This was a good option in Bukhara if you are looking for some vegan options. Unfortunately they didn’t have a couple of the dishes that we asked for, which made our options even more limited.

Hands down, the eggplant and tomato dish was our favorite, along with the melon as dessert.

The atmosphere was very nice and they have a rooftop that opens after 7 PM. This is a very chill place and quite romantic in the evening :-)

I recommend this place to vegans while in Bukhara.

Big deception

We had a vegan schaschlik and it was awful. The vegetables were not cooked, outside a bit burned (black) but inside still raw. Nothing was tasteful. 😥
The pieces were much to big to be cooked on a barbecue. The only nice thing was the draft beer and the village potatoes.
Maybe we were just unlucky and the cook had a really bad day. But on our experience I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Pros: The atmosphere is nice on the roof terrace , They have atomizers to vaporize water to cool the , Temperature down

Cons: Too expensive for the bad quality

Vegetarian menu

The restaurant is nice and cozy, although I guess the terrace is usually booked for groups. We had to have lunch indoors.
I had a salad and dome noodles with veggies (i forgot the name they have on the menu), and they were just ok.
Staff is nice and they asked me if i was vegetarian, so they know the concept.
Definitely and option if you go to Bukhara

Pros: Cheap, Page full of veg options, Wide range of salads

Cons: Not too tasty (noodles), They didn't have all the options available

Not for vegans

Pretty much the only vegan options they had were salads, grilled veggies and fries. Cannot recommend.

Nice location, not great food though

The location is very nice: in the heart of Bukhara, with a lovely terrace. Service might be better. The menu has a vegetarian section, although not all the dishes were available when we tried to order them. Food is ok, just too greasy (Uzbek cuisine is oily, but here was just too greasy). There are better places for vegans in Bukhara (like Minzifa).
