Great atmosphere, fast serving I had the veg combo 1 which was authenticly amazing I recommend this place for vegans out there, I will diffenetly go back and try more dishes

Great ethiopian! - Edit
Nyala serves fantastic genuine ethiopian food. They've a vegetarian section of their menu that is actually all vegan—not that I ever order anything other than the Ultimate Veggie Combo to share with whomever I'm with. Great injera, great atmosphere, friendly servers, totally fair price, love it. Their correct website is: http://www.nyalafortcollins.com
